Bryan Ansley is a serial entrepreneur and both he and his companies
have been featured nationally by the likes of the Wall Street
Journal. MSNBC, Entreprenuer.com and NBC Nightly News as well
as recognition from organizations such as the Inc 5000 as a fastest
growing business for three years running, as well as by entities
such as Globee for highest revenue per employee or One Planet’s
Entrepreneur of the Year.
Currently, he is President/CEO of FNB Merchants, a holding
company delivering world class solutions through its subsidiaries
First Payment Services, (private labeled payment processing
solutions for financial institutions), and Secure Identity Systems
(fraud detection and prevention for financial institutions,
businesses and families). Ansley is responsible for finding and
deploying the latest technologies in authentication and fraud
prevention, and delivering the most comprehensive solutions to the
Before founding First Payment Services, Ansley co-founded and
architected Nashville-based Banc Internet Group. Under his
leadership, the company grew from a start-up to a $10 million
valuation company in just 14 months.
Additionally, Ansley spearheaded Banc Internet Group’s acquisition
of the Equifax E-banking division. The company rebranded as
“Goldleaf Technologies”, and became the largest ACH provider in
the Western Hemisphere, with over 2,500 financial institutions
under contract. Goldleaf was sold to PBI on Jan. 31, 2006, for over
Ansley previously served as a cofounder and Senior VP of
Production for Nashville’s PFIC Corporation, where his team was
responsible for $2+ billion in sales within 100 banks across the
country, primarily in insurance, investment, and securities. PFIC
sold to Regions Financial in 1997 for $23 million.
Ansley serves on multiple non-profit boards such as the Better
Business Bureau, Aphesis House and International Missions Project
as well as a founder of the EO Catalyst program.
Ansley is an expert in antifraud and cybersecurity, earning a
Cybersecurity certification from MIT, and has an extensive
background in managing, handling and protecting personal
information. He holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing and
management from Middle Tennessee State University.
